Top-tier firm – Asset Manager – Real Estate

Client Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setting up of new structures
• Track asset performance and deliverables
• Analyse and gather market reports to complete investor reporting 
• Assist in the preparation of risk management reporting and ad-hoc loan agreements 
• On-boarding of new transactions into the asset management platform
• Keep track of leasing and sales performance of underlying assets 
• Attend, present and review minutes at board meetings
• Organise calls and meetings with stakeholders and follow up on deliverables
• Prepare investor reporting and ad hoc reports
• Review quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Review VAT, tax and regulatory filings and execute payments
• Review cash management projections and ad-hoc payments
• Maintain relationships with service providers and advisers, ensuring compliance
• Perform calculations of advisory fees and billings
• Manage administrative matters of the Luxembourg office

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector (debt and/or equity)
• Finance degree
• Certifications such as CFA, ACCA, etc., are highly regarded
• Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage
• Self-starter, proactive with excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to London and broader EU.
