Tax Manager - In-House - Infrastructure & Real Estate

Client Description:

Located in heart of Luxembourg city center, in this newly created role, you will be highly involved in a variety of tasks and responsibilities dealing with Tax Structuring & Compliance. The Tax Manager professional will work closely with other experienced Tax professionals and UK based tax teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day management of Luxembourg entities, dealing in Private Markets
• Provide advice on tax structuring of transactions and tax planning, both before and after transactions.
• Coordinate with local & UK internal teams to make sure deals & transactions are successfully supported
• Review corporate income tax returns, VAT, transfer pricing reports, etc…
• Oversee & coordinate with external service providers concerning delegated responsibilities

Candidate Profile:

• Degree educated preferably relating to Tax Law
• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar position (International & Luxembourg tax)
• Solid experience working in transactions & deals from the tax perspective
• Proactive professional with excellent communication 
• Fluent in English with any other language being considered a strong asset
