The position of S&OP Continuous Improvement Manager we are recruiting is open in Luxembourg under a permanent contract (CDI).

This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of systems and process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across Sales and Operations planning and the wider supply chain in and for EMEA. It will lead implementation of processes, tools, and training to drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in the S&OP processes. This position will influence key decision making processes with ample opportunities for enterprise-wide impact, exposure, learning and development.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic direction and vision for the Continuous Improvement and Project Management teams related to S&OP activities.
  • Lead S&OP processes and efforts related to the upcoming IT system changes from an ERP to SAP.
  • Develop and implement organizational/continuous improvement programs and strategies jointly with S&OP planning teams.
  • Establish and maintain best practices in areas of business processes, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Lead and facilitate all aspects of change and continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP Division.
  • Help build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the CI team
  • Departments you’ll impact via your work will include: Supply Chain, operations, sales, customer service, production, distribution, IT etc…
  • You will be reporting to the EMEA S&OP Director and you will manage the CI team.


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree required with major in a relevant field
  • You have an excellent understanding of Supply Chain (SC) Management and SC end to end
  • You have a strong experience in practical or consulting experience within Supply Chain
  • You have a significant experience in people management and an excellent knowledge in Lean manufacturing (ideally black belt in six sigma), you are certified in APICS, CPIM or any other relevant program.
  • You have experience owning the strategic direction and vision of project management teams.
  • You have background developing process expertise across multiple departments.
  • You have a coaching mindset to build a high-performance team.
  • You are fluent in English
