Responsibilities:

• advise local regulated structures (investment funds, management companies, financial services providers, banks …) on compliance and regulatory matters
• actively support a portfolio of companies in the conception and implementation of new business models and the introduction of new financial products;
• manage the implementation of new European legal regulations - assess their possible effects from a regulatory and operational perspective;

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in law or economics completed with a successful experience related to the regulated environment of funds and/or banks in Luxembourg
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and English, the knowledge of any other language would be an asset 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solution-focused
• Aiming for an international environment, client-oriented and keen to work in a team
