Badenoch + Clark is recruiting for one of our clients, a Regulatory Affairs Manager who will be responsible for regulatory affairs for their products within the EMEA Region. The Regulatory Affairs Manager will report to the Technical Director and will manage a team.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring their products meet legal requirements in:

  • Respond to customer requests for information (such as PDS, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys and other questionnaires)
  • Compile and maintain regulatory documents, databases or systems up to date
  • Coordination of activities related to the preparation of regulatory documents and submissions
  • Explain regulatory rules or rule changes, and ensure that rules and changes are communicated through policies and procedures
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest regulations, standards and guidance documents (regulatory monitoring)
  • Advise managers on issues such as pre-market regulatory requirements, export and labelling requirements, and all other compliance matters
  • Identify relevant guidance materials and documents, international standards, consensus standards and provide personal explanations
  • Perform all other projects and responsibilities assigned by management


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in sciences, chemistry or relevant field
  • Significant experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Great knowledge in the regulation for food pharmaceutical packaging for medical purposes
  • Excellent analytical mind, accuracy, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and reliable
  • Great capacity to work in a team
  • Proficiency required with MS Office and other office information systems
