Job | Quality Control Manager – TA | Badenoch + Clark


Take an active role in a leading global financial company. In this position you will be reviewing processes and driving changes to improve the TA framework and ensure the best model for the business. You will interact with different departments to develop quality controls and process improvements.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Challenge, improve, and review procedures in transfer agency to ensure the efficiency and high quality of the model
  • Identify business improvement opportunities within the TA framework
  • Prepare and implement change models providing protocols and indicators
  • Liaise with other departments to perform the oversight of the operational structure and propose alignment strategies
  • Perform quality reviews on the TA framework and operating models


Your Profile:

  • Solid experience within TA and strong understanding of end to end processes
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in change and project management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
