Private Equity Financial Controller

Introduction

Reporting to an experienced finance manager, you will be offered to participate actively in the management of their private equity funds.

You will join a young, dynamic and highly skilled team within a group that is constantly expanding and offers real career perspectives, in Luxembourg and in Europe.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of the work delivered by the external service providers
• Preparation of the financial statements and investor’s financial reports
• Preparation of capital calls/distribution to investors
• Monitoring of cash flows
• Support to the investment teams assisting them with the transactions made in Luxembourg, contact person for the custodian banks
• Coordination of the accounting, reporting and controlling activities with the fund controllers
• Support to the audit and tax statements preparations

Requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in accounting or finance completed with a first successful experience with private equity investments
• Rigorous, organised and hands-on
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French and English (both languages are mandatory)
