The Key Account Manager will negotiate sales agreements and will fidelise existing partners (wholesale, Food, Petrol stations...).

Function information

Your Responsabilities :

With a direct report to the general management, you will have to:

  • Manage a large portfolio with differents customers,
  • Redact and make reliable each commercial agreement,
  • Monitor all tenders with the support of the sales team and other departments,
  • Coordinate all sales effort to have a perfect knowledge of your customers,
  • Identify key data on your market (industry and countries) to benchmark your business,
  • Manage your KPIs (TO, profitability, market share ...),
  • Think about a long term approach for your deals,
  • Optimize partnerships intrenally and externally.


Your profile :

  • University degree and relevant KAM experience with minimum 5 years of work experience at a FMCG, or Food & Beverage, or multi-channel company,
  • A nice experience in sales, negociations and business analysis,
  • Excellent communication and strong project management skills,
  • Results-driven, strategic, hands-on, creative, analytical & technical,
  • Proficiency in English and French (German and Luxembourgish will be considered a strong asset).
