This is an outstanding opportunity to join a newly created, dynamic and entrepreneurial Real Estate holding owned by a premium global Real Estate investor.

As a Legal and Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient running of all board meetings of the company and its subsidiaries, including preparation of clear and complete documentation of board minutes and decisions, execution of any board decisions.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

Corporate Administration:

  • Assist with the scheduling of all board meetings of the Group
  • Support the preparation of the cboard packs and agendas
  • Assist with the documentation of board minutes and decisions
  • Assist with the submissions to the Group Board; and from the Group Board to the Shareholder
  • Support in ensuring execution of all instructions from the Group Board
  • Assist with the maintenance of statutory registers for Luxembourg subsidiary entities
  • Support any audit and review documentation
  • Liaise with the relevant entities on the preparation of resolutions and Powers of Attorney
  • Assist with processing incorporation of Luxembourg subsidiaries
  • Support the processing of capital increases for the Luxembourg subsidiaries
  • Assist with the drafting and processing of board resolutions for a variety of business activities including legal entity creation, legal entity liquidation, directorship and entity name changes, appointment of bank signatories


  • Support the Financial Control function and Legal & Tax function in the deal closing process and document execution as directed by line manager


  • Assist with the execution of all tax returns by the Luxembourg subsidiaries as directed by line manager


Your Profile

  • University degree in a relevant field, degree in law is a strong advantage
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant legal and corporate administration experience
  • Strong experience working with Luxembourg holding companies
  • Mandatory fluency in English; French is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Adaptable person with a start-up mentality
  • Creative, hands-on and detail-oriented team player
