HR Business Partner

Client Description:

A great opportunity for an HR Business Partner to expand the scope internationally within a well-established investment management company engaging in creating a positive environmental and social impact.

Acting as a local HR expert and business partner for three offices (i.e. main office in Luxembourg, one office in Paris and one in Italy), the successful candidate will bring support to the business leaders and managers while being the key point of contact for employees’ queries.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business in order to develop and deploy HR solutions aligned with the goals;
• Be involved in resourcing planning and be in charge of recruitment;
• Participate in the process of performance management and compensation review and the deployment of talent development and learning initiatives;
• Manage employee relations and advise employees and managers on HR policies;
• Contribute to HR projects at the group level.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor in business administration, human resources or any related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in HR in Luxembourg, ideally as a generalist in the financial sector; 
• Ability to cover operational tasks related to recruitment and work permit;
• Good understanding of the investment management environment and specificities;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Showing a proactive and can-do attitude with a hands-on and problem-solving approach within a dynamic and changing environment; 
• Fluency in English and French mandatory, and German in addition being an asset.
