Head of Reconciliation – Transfer Agency

Function information

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor the activities related to cash and reconciliation ensuring policies and internal controls
• Ensure high service level to clients in regards of cash transactions and execution of requests
• Manage production reports and matters related to payments and transactions
• Ensure monitoring and reporting of reconciliation
• Maintain effective monitoring procedures as well as leading process improvements
• Participate actively in different projects
• Build and maintain relationships with other teams and service providers
• Work with other teams and support other roles when required

Requirements

Your Profile

• Solid experience in a similar position preferably within a transfer agency department
• Adaptable and flexible person
• Team management and relationship skills
• Analytical, detail oriented able to meet deadlines
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
