For a leading European manufacturer in the food industry, Badenoch + Clark Luxembourg is recruiting a Global HR Project Manager. They are dedicated to creating premium products with a focus on sustainable and healthier food. A broad product gamma, which is continuously renewed and innovative thanks to multiple R&D sites, assures long-term growth across Europe and the opening of new markets in Asia.

You will support and report directly to the Global HR Director to manage the HR department in Luxembourg and to assist the international subsidiaries on their HR needs with a 360 view.

As a hands-on, strategic person with strong leadership you will coordinate with HR teams located in different entities; innovate, implement and optimise Global HR processes.

You shall join a leading player with a strong product portfolio and financial position, who offers future growth opportunities. Your main location will be Luxembourg, with few travels to visit other business units

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and Supervise the daily HR activities for the holding in Luxembourg (around 25 people)
  • Assist the Area HR Teams within the organisation on Performance Management process, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Assessment, Employer Branding, and other HR topics
  • Design HR frameworks and systems suited for a rapidly changing and growing company
  • Provide managers and employees responsive, high-quality guidance and counsel them on HR processes, policies, and other activities
  • Be a catalyst for the organisation’s performance at a world-class level
  • Propose, implement new HR processes in collaboration with other entities
  • Continue to develop a best-practice operational mindset, a performance-based culture
  • Support the operational departments in Change Management
  • Implement and harmonise external and internal communication processes

Requirements

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources at a Manufacturing / Retail / Logistic / FMCG company
  • Master’s in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of HR laws in Luxembourg (payroll, social laws, labour law, etc.)
  • Proven track record in leading and executing HR projects across different locations
  • Strong Leadership skills and experience in a multi-national organisation
  • Fluent in English and French, Italian or Spanish would be an added value
