This great opportunity will allow you to represent an international and successful investment group whose funds are administered by third parties in Luxembourg. You will coordinate their local activities as their stand-alone administrator in Luxembourg. We can offer this position to someone aiming to work part-time from the centre city of Luxembourg. 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the various contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Set up and management of reporting sheets for the management committee
  • Foonow up of the cash-flows 
  • Communication with external partners (auditors, depositary banks, fund administrators) as well as with the finance team based at the headquarters of the firm
  • Management of the various domiciled companies
  • Upon request, punctual analysis of existing and future investments.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in finance completed with a first successful experience of minimum 5 years within an audit, fiduciary or fund administration company in Luxembourg.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the administrative and corporate management of investment funds or financial services
  • Fluent in French and English written and spoken (both languages are mandatory)
  • Strong accounting and tax skills in Luxembourg, able to work with Macros.
  • Respectful of deadlines, autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and solution-focused with excellent communication skills.
