Client Description:

An exclusive opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to join Adecco/ LHH, an international listed group provider of talent acquisition and job recruitment solutions located in more than 60 countries, 4+ Billion Turnover, 30 000+ people

Located in Luxembourg, you will work closely with two controllers (based in Luxembourg and the Netherlands) reporting directly to the Head of Finance located in the UK.

1/ General responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial planning costs and revenues to advise businesses
  • Ensuring budgetary responsibilities
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the financial documentation
  • Working closely with business leader and financial director to understand developments across the region
  • Managing 2 controllers located in Luxembourg and Amsterdam 

2/ Closing responsibilities

  • Secondary review of month-end and flash results
  • Conducting analysis on monthly cost allocations from other subsidiaries and challenging discrepancies
  • Managing DSO and highlighting challenges to the accounting team and the business

3/ Forecasting & Planning responsibilities

  • Maintaining oversight of country forecasts of 6 business units 
  • Co-ordinate qualitative analysis and reviews with regional management 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar
  • Ideally between 5-8 years of experience with a previous experience in a B-to-B environment
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be proactive, organised, and tenacious
  • Good command of Excel
  • Fluent in French and English is required. Dutch is an asset
