Are you a senior finance professional with a global experience and an expertise in sales controlling and financial planning?

Are you known for being a skilled communicator with solid commercial awareness?

Do you have strong business partnering skills and the knowledge of the manufacturing?

This industrial/manufacturing group is looking for a new FP&A Manager/Senior Sales Controller for one of their business areas. You will business partner directly with the business unit managers, with a strong focus on the sales team and its performance and you will proactively offer your support in decision making. As a Senior controller you will be the cornerstone between sales, finance and HR. Accountable for budgeting, forecasting modelling and reporting, you will have the opportunity to develop the Business Intelligence tool and to improve sales performance. You will report to the Finance Director of the business unit.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial leaders and top management and assist them in decision-making process by providing analysis of complex financial information
  • Coach and train internal stakeholders to improve financial knowledge
  • Act as main point of contact for sales functions regarding all financial matters
  • Develop budgeting, financial forecasting and financial modelling tools and processes
  • Take ownership on reporting (monthly and quarterly), actuals reporting, variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
  • Provide financial analysis on different pricing options and analyse financial impact
  • Partner with the global human resource team to develop and create incentive programs
  • Ad hoc analysis as required (Regional P&L, Customer Profitability analysis…)


Your Profile

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role (controlling and FP&A) within an Industrial Corporation
  • Strong inter-personal skills, presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Solid commercial awareness
  • Advanced Excel skills (non-macros) are a must
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) is an advantage
  • Experienced in ERP and dashboard
  • Willing to travel on demand (up to 20% of the time)
  • Fluency in English
