It is a great opportunity for a professional in the Insurance sector to join a stable and newly created Compliance Monitoring team with a specific focus on regulatory gap analysis based on the current regulatory framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement Periodic Review processes 
  • Uncover & undertake initiatives to resolve obsolete key client information 
  • Coordinate with the internal first line of defence teams to obtain relevant information 
  • Support the team leader in the timely preparation of investigations & escalations
  • Identify & anticipate the impact of AML/CFT regulatory changes  
  • Build, monitor & improve current compliance processes

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in regulatory matters 
  • Degree educated in relevant fields (finance, law, business administration, etc.)
  • Proven knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory requirements and an ability to translate them into actionable operational/process requirements.
  • Proactive & enthusiastic team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English with working knowledge seen as an asset
