Financial Controller - Luxury Goods

An exclusive opportunity for an auditor to join an internationally renowned luxurious group. In Luxembourg, you will join a business on a human scale, in a company located in Luxembourg city and work with a Senior Financial Controller.

Focusing your work on: 

• Management of the shared costs between entities
• Financial activities of the real estate companies

Responsibilities:

• Booking entries
• Preparing payments to vendors and performing regular treasury position reconciliation
• Reinvoicing of the shared costs 
• For real estate companies, rent payment monitoring and services charges collection
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial reporting
• Preparation of budget, forecast
• Drafting LUX GAAP financial statement
• Working closely with auditors
• Preparation of VAT declaration
• Preparation of board meetings and annual general meetings

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in finance/ accounting
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an auditor in the Big 4 ideally in the Real Estate industry or CIPS
• Ability to meet deadlines and be highly organised
• Fluent in French is mandatory, and a good level of English is required
• Previous experience with SAP is an asset
• Ability to travel at least once by quarter
