Joining an international service provider in Luxembourg with more than 200 employees in Luxembourg, you will work in a challenging environment where you can grow internally.

Responsibilities:

• Managing your own portfolio of non-regulated investment vehicles
• Preparing board and shareholders meetings and other legal documents
• Participating and drafting board minutes
• Being in contact with third parties
• Participating in several internal projects as transfer pricing, DAC 6

Candidate Profile:

• At least 1 year in a similar position for the junior role and 3 years for a middle-level role in Luxembourg
• Strong organization skills and ability to work in autonomy
• Basic knowledge in corporate law
• Good level in German and English is mandatory
