Are you a senior finance professional with an expertise in consolidation and reporting in an international environment?

Are you known for being a skilled communicator with the ability to lead a cross functional team?

This industrial/manufacturing group is looking for a Consolidation and Reporting Manager.

You will ensure that financial reports, periodic reports and other financial data both for internal and external purposes are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

A key member of the Finance team, you will be the go-to person for consolidation and reporting-related matters. You will manage a cross functional team and report to the Finance Director.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation of many legal entities in different locations
  • Take part in periodic closing process, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and on time
  • Prepare, review and issue yearly financial statements for the Luxembourg authorities under Lux Gaap
  • Act as a main point of contact for all consolidation, statutory financial statements and tax related matter within the designated region
  • Review of several tax reports and lease with the related authorities
  • Performe internal audit and develop internal controls, as well as lease with external auditing requirements
  • Coach, train and guide the team and manage the daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting activities
  • Prepare, coordinate and review ad hoc financial statements and reports for stakeholders as well as external authorities


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance or related field
  • An accounting certification is desirable
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role (accounting, consolidation, management) with a background in manufacturing / Industrial companies is a must
  • Knowledgeable in Lux GAAP, statutory reporting and tax reporting – US Gaap is a plus
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel is a must. Knowledge of One Stream, Microsoft AX and Baan ERP are a plus
  • Fluency in English, any other local language is an advantage
