COMPLIANCE MANAGER (RC) - AIFM (Hybrid)

Client Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance manager aiming to represent an AIFM in Luxembourg. This company is highly appreciated for its unique environment in terms of atmosphere, working environment and flexibility. Your scope of responsibilities will be varied, you will report directly to the local executive director while being given the opportunity to deal with the other international entities of the group.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of regulatory and legal developments and implementation or upgrade of existing/new processes, guidelines and standards to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Management of a systemic and efficient compliance system to register the documentation required
• Compliance audit planning
• Participation in the administration of the company and SICAV structures 
• Control and review of contract adjustments, prospectus and semi-annual/annual reports as part of fund reporting
• Representation of the compliance department internally, answering queries from other departments (the board, risk department, audit, …) and authorities
• Participation in various internal committees

Candidate Profile:

• Economics degree or similar completed with a successful experience of minimum 7 years in compliance within the funds' industry in Luxembourg
• Good understanding of the Luxembourg regulations
• Fluent in German with an excellent knowledge of English
• Liable, autonomous, team player
