We are looking for a professional for the position of Administrative Assistant.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform general office management duties
  • File and retrieve corporate documents
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Preparation and review of invoices/payments
  • Filing and archiving of corporate documentation
  • Ongoing administrative support
  • Payments, treasury and basic accounting


Your Profile

  • 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant
  • Fluent English, Spanish or French considered as an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills (ready to organize a growing office)
  • Motivated, fast learner, self-starter, high problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented personality
