Client Description:

Our client, multinational company - Automotive sector, is looking for a LOGISTIC MANAGER


⦁ Manage all logistics processes as production planning, material and customer service management as well as inventory, warehouse, transportation and new project

⦁ Ensure KPI’s logistics / logistics goals (Stock, Delivery performance, Inventory Turnover, ABC analysis, Freight In, Freight Out, Cost Analyse, Special Shipments, etc.)

⦁ Responsible for the relationship with the client – organization and maintenance of a link in the spirit of the logistic standards in force, solving the logistical incidents Company and related suppliers; Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of hat quality, quantity and financial commitments

⦁ Monitor metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements

⦁ Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

⦁ Evaluating budgets and expenditures.

⦁ Develop new strategies to streamline processes, reduce cost, assess performance and implement enhancements and ensure that they are implemented by department staff

⦁ Pilot and apply logistical changes as a result of product evolution, change in manufacturing cadence, quality problems, and the continuous improvement of the robustness of logistics processes;

⦁ Ensure consumption and supply of all non-production materials and all spare parts; 

⦁ Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements. 

⦁ Manage and develop logistics staff

Candidate Profile:

⦁ Master’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or logistics engineering

⦁ 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse and transportation operations in complex logistics reality/automotive sector or familiarity/experience with FCA Customer 

⦁ Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles

⦁ Strong team player

⦁ Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports

⦁ Skills in planning, organization, delegation, control and communication;

⦁ Negotiation skills, diplomacy;

⦁ Decision-making power and responsibility;

⦁ Advanced English
