Experience With 15 years’ experience of recruiting the top talent in to the public sector, James is responsible for the implementation and management of Badenoch + Clark’s public sector search strategy nationwide. James has spent large parts of his career partnering with NHS organisations providing senior management and board level support to Chairs, Chief Executives and Directors of HR, specialising in providing Senior Managers, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors and Chairs in to the NHS.
Whilst continuing to build on his long-standing relationships in the public sector, James manages a high-performing research and delivery team who provide specialist support to organisations across the breadth of the country and the team has built a reputation and identity around honesty and integrity whilst providing detailed market insight and career advice.
As the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, James plays an active role in partnering with public sector organisations nationally in raising awareness and promoting the benefits of a more inclusive leadership and Board Diversity in the public sector.
