Paying up to £30k Plus Bonus and Benefits

12 Months FTC

Badenoch + Clark is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a leading private sector business based in Sunderland. This is a generalist people focused role that will include liaising with external agencies/functions such as legal and local union representatives regarding people issue related to procedures and policies.

The role:

*Providing operational HR advice and support to HR Business Partners and Managers across a variety of Hr cases.

*Full case management from beginning to end.

*Providing feedback on processes, procedures, and continuous improvement to the HR delivery team.

*Lead & coach managers through grievances, disciplinarians, performance, and health-related absence cases.

*Providing face to face and over the phone HR advice for various HR queries ranging from disciplinary, grievances, absence, and performance management.

*Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance.

What we are looking for?

*Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.

*Stakeholder management experience.

*Excellent relationship building and management experience.

*Computer literate MS Office Packages.

*Previous experience with multitasking work and projects, and capacity to prioritise as needed.

*CIPD Qualified or equivalent.

*Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

*Experienced in dealing with a variety of HR cases.

*Experienced in leading and coaching managers on policies and procedures.

*Good understanding of GDPR.
