My client have an interesting new opportunity available for a HR Manager to join their organisation. The focus of the role will be to be responsible for delivering high quality HR activities.

Ideally you will have prior HR Generalist experience, with a good knowledge of ER and HR best practice.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive standardisation and improvement across the business.
  • Coaching and Development.
  • Designing new initiatives.
  • Lead the annual HR planning process.
  • Managing complex queries.

Experience required:

  • Prior experience of HR systems
  • Developing HR policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Managing complex issues
