A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a specialist Regional Housing Manager to join one of our most improved Housing Association clients in a full time (35-36 hours per week) fixed term contract position, initially for three months.

Based in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, all applicants must possess previous experience of:

* Managing up to 12 staff (preferably housing/asb/neighbourhood officers and team leaders/Senior Officers) in the public sector.

* Leading, motivating and managing the neighbourhood teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.

* Managing performance targets, producing statistics and analysing team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.

* Developing the Estate Inspection team to enable it to fulfil its task of improving the estate environment.

* Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.

* Co-ordinating team meetings and delegating work related tasks to the tenancy management team.

* Resolving complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold and rent arrears cases.

Our client is looking for a member of staff who has experience in developing a professional customer-focused service which meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and customer complaints. Being a car driver would also be highly useful as you may need to occasionally attend property visits with your staff, who will be managing a geographical patch of both Buckinghamshire and London.

Ideally applicants will be immediately available or available on a short notice period (1 week), as the client is keen to move quickly in filling this position due to a recent staff resignation. You will be required to work in their High Wycombe office for 2-3 days a week (maximum).
