Badenoch + Clark is supporting one of it's key Public Sector clients who is looking to engage with an Service Desk Lead for an initial 3 to 6 month contract with a very strong possibility of extension. The contract is to cover the operational management of the Service Desk and also manage the transition to a new service desk management tool.

To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skill and experience:-

** Operational management of a busy IT Service Desk

** Strong understanding of ITIL processes

** Designing, implementing and maintaining processes

** Experience of implementing a service desk management tool or the transition of one tool to another

** Extensive working knowledge of how technology and information systems are maintained and changed

This role will fall in scope for IR35 so will require candidates to work via an Umbrella Company or PAYE and is due to start as soon as possible so are ideally suited to candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice.
