We are supporting our client in their search for a Technical Services & Compliance Manager to oversee the delivery of Facilities Management to their regional work spaces. You will be managing teams and buildings that are based in London, Essex and the East Midlands. This is a newly created role and you will have the autonomy to help shape they way in which this department operates.

You will be working on behalf of a large Housing Association and managing basic office services across 15 of their key locations.

You'll manage the day to day hard services maintenance, together with ensuring that all compliance aspects relating to the office environment are met including the completion of all remedial statutory works.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Manage the delivery of maintenance to all electrical and mechanical plant and associated services to appropriate industry standards.

Co-ordinate and supervise all contractor hard service activities, including risk assessments, method statements and insuring SSOW and permits are upheld at all times.

Ensure that all compliance aspects are met and effectively managed including the completion of all remedial statutory works.

Manage specialist contractors during service visits as and when required.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and give regular updates with regards to ongoing site maintenance issues.

Manage costs relating to delivery of maintenance activities and ensure that financial processes are always adhered to.

Respond to customer requests in compliance with agreed service levels.

Skills / Experience

PC Literate - PC and MS office skills

Recognised Level Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar

Track record in the overseeing the maintenance of detailed mechanical and electrical building services

BMS Controls Experience

NEBOSH Certificated
