Responsible for selling of cloud-based software and associated services to primarily contractors in large infrastructure projects. The right candidate will have proven experience in implementing process-driven sales business plans and meeting sales targets a with a genuine background and interest in construction. This sales role is to target infrastructure construction projects such as rail/tunnels, hospitals, schools and airports. The targeted markets are primarily in UK, Ireland and the Middle East and the position is based in Dublin or London with meaningful client travel.

Job Responsibilities:

*Lead the entire sales funnel process in large infrastructure projects, including lead generation, pitching, scoping, demo, proposal, contract, negotiation, closing.

*Ensure that all sales activities meet or exceed the agreed sales budget and targets.

*Attend pre-sales client meetings to present company software suite capabilities. Make customer visits to make demos and presentations to clients in the UK, Ireland and Middle East.

*Design and scope client requirements and communicate clearly to engineering and software customisation teams. Liaising with Engineering team to ensure appropriate solution is proposed to customer.

*Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.

oPrevious sales experience in a Professional Services or construction environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

*University degree in engineering, ideally in construction engineering

*+3 years experience in a similar sales role with experience from lead generation to closing in a process driven organization (can be within Software sales, AEC consulting sales and/or adjacent sales fields requiring a combination of sales and construction aptitude)

*Meaningful hands-on experience from the construction sector, ideally in a large construction company
