Badenoch + Clark is delighted to recruit for a Risk Manager to take on a permanent opportunity with a forward-thinking and innovative Housing & Care provider.
The Risk Manager will be responsible for the development and management of operational risk frameworks and registers for operations across General Housing, Care & Support and overarching Customer Services. They will also lead on reporting and monitoring for several aspects of regulated activity within the directorate, alongside service resilience and some aspects of business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the ongoing management of risk registers for the directorate
*Partner with colleagues to support them in identification, implementation and monitoring of appropriate mitigation
*Be the accountable person for directorate, departmental and local business continuity planning
*Operate as the directorate lead for resilience and emergency preparedness
*Responsible for reporting and monitoring on key areas of risk or statutory responsibility, for example: safeguarding concerns, antisocial behaviour casework, and CQC-regulated activity.
*Act as directorate link to the corporate Health & Safety team
