This leading international law firm is looking to add at least one partner/team to their construction offering, focusing on litigation and/or arbitration. The firm already has an outstanding real estate team, and a market leading non-contentious construction team, so there are plenty of cross-sell opportunities.

The firm is in a very strong position at present and so is looking to build out their offering in anticipation of the increase in disputes over the coming years. There are already a number of leading contentious construction partners for you to work alongside, and a strong team of associates for you to utilise on work you bring in.

The firm has a very settled and collegiate structure, and is a 'must consider' for any contentious construction partner considering a move. Excellent partner remuneration (for both fixed-share and equity partners) whilst maintaining a friendly and collegiate partnership is a major appeal of this firm.

The ideal candidate will be a construction litigation and/or arbitration partner with a track record in this space. You will feel confident billing at least £700,000 in year one, and for those interested in being in the equity, then £1m-£2m or more in your first year.
