This market leading internationally focused law firm is looking to add at least one new energy litigation and/or arbitration partner to their already outstanding team. There is already a strong team of associates in place to help with work you bring across, but the firm is open-minded to you bringing a team if that works.

The firm has a solid financial footing, with a two tier partnership model - they are open to bringing someone in at either level. The firm are looking for someone who has a strong track record in energy litigation/arbitration work, and are flexible on what one's practice looks like. Most importantly, your practice will have a strong energy focus, and you should be keen to work closely with transactional partners on key client relationships. The firm has a collegiate partnership in which partners across the practice areas share clients, working together to ensure exceptional client care.

The ideal candidate will be an individual (or a team) with a strong energy litigation and/or arbitration practice. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of bringing in work from clients, and have clients, or good contacts, to be able to demonstrate a following and future revenue streams. This role is due to planned expansion, so an excellent time to be joining an ambitious, growing team.
