When? ASAP / Temporary role/ 6 months

How much? £13 p/h

Our client in Brighton is looking for an Accounts payable specialist to join their team of 4 on a temporary basis with the view to then going permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring static records are up to date
  • Receiving and validating invoices
  • Processing invoices
  • Handle supplier invoice queries
  • Ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner

Experience:

  • Proven experience working within Finance
  • Must be extremely detail orientated
  • Good knowledge of MS office products
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Desire to learn and develop accounting skills
