Badenoch + Clark are seeking an experienced administrator who will step into this Project Coordinator position within a Construction company. Supporting the team on Projects valuing £1m, this will involve a high level of attention to detail, professionalism and a strong work ethic which has been proven in previous roles.

*Maintaining communication with stakeholders including external clients

*Work with Excel Spreadsheets

*Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures

*Organising, attending and taking minutes during meetings and following up on actions from meetings

*Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

*Ensuring project deadlines are met

*Providing administrative support as needed

*Undertaking project tasks as required

You need not have worked in Construction previously, however, an interest and understanding of the industry is welcomed.

You should have good Microsoft skills and experience working in a team environment.
