Who are we?

We are looking for an Experienced HR Systems Manager to join a leading professional services business based in Birmingham. You will support the Global HR Operations team on the Oracle system.

Responsibilities:

*Managing the Oracle HCM system

*Upskill module SMEs in HR function and coordinate testing to support releases..

*Work with module SMEs in HR to evaluate change releases, assessing the impact on the business, planning communications, training and delivery firm wide.

*Prioritise enhancements including ownership of requirements backlog & changes released post go live and outstanding fixes.

*Coach and mentor the wider HR team and key users of the system to embed change.

*Maintain HR knowledge base (through necessary knowledge transfer) and ensure HR Learning documentation is up-to-date.

*Liaise and work with HR on release management and enhancement.

*Provide HR functional expertise to support the business.

*Work with external consultants to develop complex reporting or system personalisation.

*Responsible for the continued development of technical systems knowledge across the department and a source of technical expertise.

*Responsible for developing, delivering and improving HR reporting and analytics to meet the current and future needs of the business.

*Understand business needs and key drivers, develop reporting solutions using appropriate systems and technology.

*Manage, develop and coach the HR Reporting and Insights Analyst to deliver reporting, analytics and insights into people and business issues.

What skills are we looking for?

*Qualified to degree level or equivalent.

*Prior experience working in a Global Human Resources organisation.

*Experience testing and/or configuring HR Systems - Oracle preferred.

*Proven ability to provide insights and recommendations on all aspects of HR Systems Operations.

*Highly numerate, ability to interpret data and assess cost implications.

*Technically competent and proficient in computer applications in respect of generating and interpreting data/reports.
