Badenoch + Clark are working with their fantastic Public Sector client, based in Yorkshire, who are seeking interim support from an experienced HR Advisor.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Working closely with internal managers on job evaluation projects
  • Creation of job descriptions and person specifications
  • Streamlining existing recruitment processes
  • Supporting internal recruitment campaigns including advertising and managing external agency relationships

The pay rate for this role is an hourly equivalent of £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience and is on the basis of a 37 hour working week, but part time/flexible working hours will be considered. The role is remote for the foreseeable future, with an expectation to be available to attend the office 1-2 days per week from July on. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience with writing job descriptions and handling recruitment and selection campaigns.
