As the Head of the Litigation Department you shall take a pro-active approach in marketing and business development of the department which shall include attending networking and exhibition events. You shall be responsible for the department's achievement of agreed targets, including financial management and budgeting as well as staff development and shall report to the Directors at Monthly Management Meetings.

The suitable candidate for this opportunity shall be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 7 PQE within a Litigation Department and with experience of case management systems and time recording. This role would suit someone at Senior Associate level looking to take the next step in their career or a current Manager wanting to take on a new challenge.

As the role involves some travelling across various branches holding a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
