I joined the industry as a recruitment consultant and have worked my way at B+C from manager into leadership, now Senior Vice President (SVP) and am proud to lead our recruitment offer to the Public and Not-for-Profit Sectors, through the expert brands of Badenoch + Clark and Ajilon. My story isn’t unique within the Adecco Group and we’re now seeking our next generation of Recruitment Leaders to join the Badenoch + Clark Public and Not-for Profit arm, where you too can be part of the world’s largest recruitment business and shape your career towards what’s important to you.

Badenoch + Clark has a rich and proud history, as we’ve been operating since 1980. Last year, as part of ambitious growth and considerable success, we decided to segment our business into Badenoch + Clark, Public and Not-for-Profit, and Badenoch + Clark, Private Sector. This move has allowed us to further strengthen and deepen our expertise as market specialists and ultimately deliver a better service to our customers.

With our unrivalled access to people, tools and opportunities due to the strength and collaborative nature of the Adecco Group, we deliver some of the most exciting recruitment projects in the UK. Whether our client is seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive, building a management team from scratch, delivering a multi-thousand vacancy campaign or outsourcing a high-profile project, we have a suite of services, solutions and most importantly the track-record.

The Badenoch + Clark Public and Not-for Profit business achieved 30% - growth last year and we’re on-track to do the same again this year. I genuinely believe that we have some of the most talented recruiters in the market within our business, but we have ambitious plans and want to do more.
