My client, a leading company in the railway construction industry, is currently looking for a Chief Knowledge Officer (m/f/d). This is an opportunity to grow an established business.

Deine Aufgaben

Your tasks:

1.Integrated Management System and company organization

  • Taking care of the implementation and / or maintenance of Quality Management

    Systems (ISO 9001), Safety (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 14001), etc. in

    collaboration with the reference functions of the parent company and with the top


  • Developing and keeping up-to-date the necessary procedures, regulations and

    operating instructions

  • Carrying out periodic internal audits aimed at highlighting any non-compliance with

    current regulations and company procedures, proposing the appropriate corrective

    actions and verifying their adoption and effectiveness

  • Ensuring the monitoring of the related performance indicators (KPI) by interfacing with

    the representatives of the parent company

  • Supporting the various corporate functions for the correct application of their respective

    duties in line with the corporate and Group procedures and regulations

  • Collaborating with the reference function of the parent company, in order to participate

    in the development of the programs and policies of the parent company and

    coordinating their implementation within the organization

  • Collaborating with the figures in charge of the corporate information and training

    process in order to ensure compliance with the requirements and maintenance /

    improvement of skills

  • Being the reference for corporate knowledge and maintain a Knowledge Management

    system ensuring its updating and accessibility to all interested parties

  • Promoting the reporting of near misses, dangerous situations, and in general of non-

    conformities by workers and identify the related corrective actions

2. Company information system and ICT

  • Working in synergy with the parent company's CKO function for the correct

    implementation, integration and operation of the Group's IT infrastructure

  • Promoting the development and growth of corporate ERP

3. GDPR and Privacy

  • Taking care and managing the obligations related to the GDPR in terms of privacy

Dein Profil

Mandatory requirements:

  • Experience in the role from 3 to 5 years, and preferably within international and

    modernly structured organizations

  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
  • Master degree in technical topics
  • Knowledge of the international reference standards for Quality Management Systems

    (ISO 9001), for Health and Safety in the workplace (ISO 45001) and for the

    Environment (ISO 14001)

  • Knowledge of the reference law and regulations in Germany on health, safety and


Optional requirements:

  • Accredited qualification certificate for auditor of one or more Management Systems

    (ISO 9001/45001/14001)

  • Knowledge of international standards on corporate social responsibility (SA8000) and

    anti-bribery (ISO 37001)

  • Knowledge of international standards and technical regulations in the railway and

    construction sector

  • Knowledge of the Italian language
