Our client is a global company.

  •  Manage the entire payroll, billing, and social insurances activities
  •  Prepare the month end accruals related to payroll and billing transactions
  • Responsible for a small administrative team handling the onboarding, time management and offboarding of several contractors
  •  Deliver analysis and reports to the country, regional, and Group Top Management teams
  • Manage transformation projets
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Support the CFO and other Top Management members on strategic issues and assist in preparation of management presentation and other key strategic activities
  • Manage the contracts with external authorities,
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and ensure related compliance
  • Frequent contacts with the main Stakeholders of the group
  • Be one of the go-to persons when CFO is absent 
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Payroll in Switzerland including 4 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in project management and/or integrated software implementation
  • Experience in payrolling and/or HR shared services would be a plus
  • Accounting (analytical)
  • Credit management would be a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  •  Fluent in French and English. German would be plus
