Introduction

Badenoch+Clark is looking for an Export Manager who sells Food products to customers in Europe. The Export Manager research potential markets and create an export and expansion strategy for the company in Europe. The targeting countries are Germany, Switzerland, France and Luxembourg.

Company/Department

As an Export Manager you will define a channel sales strategy with full P&L responsibility in alignment with the CEO and Head of Sales. You will develop and implement export strategies in Germany, Switzerland, France and Luxembourg and target F1 Retail clients within these markets. You will work with important key accounts and deliver budgeted sales plans. You develop solid relationships with important retailers. Beside defining the Channel Sales Strategy within these markets, you identify growth opportunities and convert them into profitable growth within the portfolio, you prepare annual budgets and business plans for specific markets with future market development. You will work with local government export trade support departments to maximize knowledge in new markets.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience as a Commercial Export Manager
  • Proven Track record as a Business Developer within countries as Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and France, within the F1 Retail Business.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing sales plans built on targeted strategies.
  • Strong knowledge foreign languages: English and German, French or Dutch.
  • MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
