Function information

Our Client Manager Insurance have overall responsibility for an efficient administration of insurance contacts and claims. They ensure a settlement of insurance issues to customer’s full satisfaction. Continuous mutual and rapid exchange of information contribute to improve provided insurance coverages by liaising with colleagues and management.

Key responsibilities are various:

• Complete full and proper administration of insurance related queries

• Ensuring contracts and claims are processed efficiently and correctly by working closely with clients, insurers, and other relevant actors

• Interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and senior management to solve insurance matter and improve settlement practices
