After almost seven year’s operating exclusively in the Local Government space, Gemma has established a reputation as a market leader across the Midlands and Northern region, assisting a number of larger local authorities with interim solutions across multiple disciplines. Gemma’s work has spanned all directorates but her particular strength comes from her passion and commitment to assisting with recruitment needs within both social care and commissioning. She has successfully forged key relationships with senior management teams across both regions to anticipate key strategic change and support innovation across Local Government and its partners. Her proactive approach to getting to grips with an authorities’ character and culture has allowed Gemma to source solutions for unique and one off roles as well as having a reliable network of high calibre interims ready to take on established roles.
As the market adapts, Gemma has also been instrumental in looking at innovation within the sector and plays a fundamental role in the delivery of our consultancy solutions. With several pre-approved procurement routes to market, such as ESPO and NEPRO, Gemma and the team are able to offer a quick and accessible route to delivering tailor made teams and resourcing solutions focused on outcomes and deliverables rather than traditional contract recruitment.
