Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the development and fulfilment of stable business relationships with German Customers, identifying new business opportunities and reinforcing the existing ones, acting as a first interface for commercial matters
• Supporting the preparation of Sales Business Plan and Sales Budget, aiming to the achievement of the Sales Budget for assigned Customers
• Ensuring the correct RFQ management, supporting the Sales Executives
• Managing of Customer’s order and Customer satisfaction
• Cooperating to the negotiation with the Customer to ensure profitability targets according to the commercial management guidelines
• Monitoring of sales forecasts and orders trend for each Customer, evaluating gaps and analysing results;
• Supporting to Purchasing Dept. in case of suppliers imposed by the Customer
• Ensuring the management of Samplings’ orders
• Manage the “Change Requests” and invoices due
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors about their product, position, localization and strategies
• Understand the Market & Customer`s strategy & needs including customer roadmaps and technical trends. Provide market and customer feedback to the organisation

Your profile

• You recognize yourself in our values of discipline, rigour and integrity;
• You take on challenges as opportunities and face them with determination and passion;
• You have 2+ years experience in Automotive Industry;
• You have a technical academic background, ideally a BSc in Engineering or equivalent;
• You have excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point, Word), knowledge of SAP is not required but preferred;
• You are fluent both in German and in English.
