This person will be responsible for improving digital experience across all platforms through insight and for implementing & transforming the Salesforce CRM program.

The person will influence the business in leveraging the rich data we hold and create a strategy to optimize our customers’ interactions and create personalized experiences. The purpose of this role is to maximize the value generated from CRM & Digital activities, by using data to offer increasingly relevant and tailored communication.


  • Drive the reporting and insights to the digital marketing team. Automatize the business process of campaign reporting (traffic, conversion, total sales) and suggest technical solutions

  • Extract & structure raw data from various sources for CRM and segmentation in order to target marketing activities

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyze digital media efficiency & provide analytics and insights to influence marketing spend. Create attribution models and feed insight to the digital marketing team

  • Understand the organization’s current Marketing Automation (MA) and CRM systems and suggest a future state solution

  • Act as subject lead for marketing related aspects within CRM and own the Salesforce elements that improve marketing use efficiency (end-to-end campaigns Newsletters). Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and expand the company's brand value

  • Build models to predict customer behaviors on performance forecasting, media mix budgeting and market analyzes

  • Analyze digital information received, identify trends in that data and translate those trends into business opportunities. Keep identifying growth opportunities and drive value across marketing


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, Big data or related field

  • Experience in a similar marketing analyst role and in an international environment

  • CRM, SQL, Google Analytics experience is essential

  • Proven experience in building statistical and data model: e.g. segmentation, Customer Lifetime Value, RFM, attribution

  • Experience delivering insightful campaign analysis (on and offline)

  • Advanced problem solver

  • Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders

  • Team player, good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on personality with a can do attitude

  • Native German or French speaker with strong English skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools
