Sales Director Western Switzerland

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for sales for French- speaking Switzerland,

• Independent acquisition and support of strategic customers,

• Development of a new business pipeline in French-speaking Switzerland with a special focus on our strategic customer segments,

• Management and development of the sales team,

• Ensure collaboration with Solution Sales, operations, business

• Representation of the company in public and in professional bodies,

• Set direction and drive change within Commercial Department function and drive impact across the country operation,

• Part of the senior leadership team in Switzerland

Your profile:

• University degree in facility management, business administration or technical university degree with advanced training in business administration,

• Between 5 and 10 years in a similar role,

• Proven experience in a similar function in the B2B segment,

• Good industry knowledge in facility management, construction, hospitality or the real estate sector,

• Track record in managing a sales

organization,

• French mother tongue, fluent in business English, good German skills highly appreciate,

• Natural enterprise change leader with high impact on the country results
