My Client are urgently looking for an Interim UK HR manager for a short term period to cover a transition period in the Human Resource Department, supporting the HR team with Employee Relation Issues.
You will also act as the employee engagement guru across the business, the successful candidate will have strong analytical skills to help focus and grow culture change.
This role is for a 3 month period and could include some travel to my clients regional sites.
In this short term role you will also be the go to person to maintain and develop effective working relationships across the organisation, supporting managers by motivating and engaging the workforce.
you will also maintain and update the HR reporting systems and run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, participate in team meetings and share new knowledge you gather about the region and challenges you face.
The successful candidate will have at least a minimum of 10 years professional work experience in all aspects of people management.
Knowledge of employee legislation in the UK.
