My Client a leading well known retail brand who are looking to add to their Talent Acquisition team.
The successful candidate will lead the resourcing of exceptional talent for my client's retail estate to meet its key commercial needs through to the hiring of high calibre and high performing talent by
*You will be working with business leaders and HR Business partner to build an understanding of the internal business needs.
*Have an exceptional understanding of the external talent market
*You will utilise knowledge of internal business needs and the external market to work with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team to support the delivery of an integrated approach to meet current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities:

*Delivering the recruitment needs of the business
*Bring Market insight to shape future organisation talent pipeline
*Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development of the overall business estate Acquisition strategy and Talent Acquisition Plan.
*Be a champion for internal mobility across the business, working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR business partner to develop succession plans, ensuring a robust talent plan is in place to develop talent.
*Utilise social media to build talent pipelines to develop attraction and support the delivery of the current and future resourcing and succession plans
*Be the champion for all hiring activity across the business estate, utilising your direct hiring skills where ever possible
*Coach and Provide advice to hiring managers across the business estate to ensure the recruitment needs are met and plans are in place for future recruitment drives.
*Ensure the ATS is always kept up to date with relevant information regarding the future pipeline
*Champion the desire for continuous improvement in cost saving to the business by using the direct sourcing model where ever possible

Experience required:
*Previous experience of working in an In-House recruitment environment, working with high volume roles.
*Hands on experience of the Direct hire approach
*Experience using an ATS
*Knowledge of Legislation which can impact the recruitment process
*Proven stakeholder management and communication
*Experience in dealing with multicultural recruitment environments
*Cost saving and customer focused
