Badenoch & Clark has been exclusively engaged to source a Talent Acquisition manager on a contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, budget and recruitment strategy whilst working closely with senior management to attract top talent with a focus on direct hiring.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Executing the approved recruitment strategy for 2019 to ensure talent is available for key positions at the time the talent is needed.
* Leads the implementation and execution of strategic Recruitment projects as outlined within the approved 2019 recruitment strategy.
* Responsible for leading the recruitment team with a focus on continual improvement.
* Monitors recruitment budget and team performance on an on-going basis.
* Responsible for managing the PSL and ensuring suppliers meet requirements for recruitment needs.

The successful candidate will have:
* A proven track record of working as a senior leader of an in house recruitment function.
* Prior experience of managing a team.
* Good understanding of employment law governing recruitment practice.
* Prior experience of working across EMEA desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Experience of HRIS system management and development.
