Badenoch & Clark has an opening for a specialist contractor to join our well known corporate client based in Surrey. This position has a three way skill set which includes;

1. Data / Database skills including the ability to create databases;
2. Business Analysis;
3. A background in and deep understanding of HR systems.

Working in a full project life cycle position your task will be to gather systems and data requirements by means of engagement with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) (the business analysis side of the role), agree data processes and sources of data, followed by the creation of a new HR/people database (the data / database focused side of this role).

Your CV and background must demonstrate deep involvement in 'people data' and database driven projects together with a strong involvement in HRIS projects on a large corporate scale. This position is best suited to candidates who enjoy 'data centric' positions and can demonstrate experience of strategic business analysis. To reiterate, without both the data/database and HR experience your application to this role is unlikely to be successful.

From a HR systems perspective, our client uses Workday so candidates who have recent Workday experience will be at a strong advantage. However, applications are also encouraged if you have worked with other well known HR systems applicable to big employers e.g. PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors etc.

In summary, this is a specialist contract position requiring a hybridised skill set of strategic business analysis, people data and HR projects.

This position is 3 months initial but is highly likely to be extended for a longer time period. The post is intended to start in early January.
